I travelled 75 miles to this dealer. I found the dealer very helpful, friendly and patient with me. I bought the car that I went to see and he took mine in part exchange. All the business was done on the internet in his office … payment, insurance and Road Tax, efficiently and swiftly. We have remained in touch ever since by text etc. and he immediately supplied me with an expensive part (spare tyre) that I had not noticed missing when I made the purchase, delivered to my door at his expense. That deal was done in February. Last week, he notified me of another vehicle of the specification that I had told him I needed. I went to Express Car Sales and was collected from the local rail station by his colleague. The very competent lady looked after me as the owner was collecting parts. After a test drive, I decided to buy and the owner, over the phone, offered me good terms which I accepted. The business side of things were done quickly and efficiently and I drove back home.

I have been looking for a car for my daughter for a while, and then saw the Volkswagen UP at Express Car Sales. I was dubious initially at what seemed a low price compared to similar cars advertised elsewhere. I phoned to make an appointment to see the car, and from the time I arrived at the garage, to finally purchasing and driving away with the car, the whole experience was a very pleasant one as car buying goes! There was no pressure to buy, I test drove the car at leisure, both my daughter and I were very happy with it and, admittedly with a bit of trepidation, we bought the car. We have now had the car for a month, which my daughter drives to University everyday, and so far the car has performed immaculately without any issues whatsoever.
