I originally texted the number listed in the advert and received a prompt answer to my queries. It was a Saturday I went along to view the car. I was very interested in the car but had a concern about the radiator of the car. It was sending out a lot of steam. The bloke in charge said he’d take a look on the coming Monday and get back to me the Monday afternoon. He’d sent me a message by eleven AM on Monday explaining they’d found a leak and had ordered a replacement radiator to fix that issue, and that I could consider the car reserved as mine until that had been fixed. I can’t fault the customer service. I requested they keep the car on the lot until I was ready to receive it. The car was delivered as agreed by a really friendly bloke who knew his stuff. It runs like a dream. I’ve had some bad experiences with used car dealers in the past but this is by far one of the best I’ve had. I’ll be coming back next time, most definitely.

I’ve dealt with a lot of car dealerships over the years (I used to buys cars for auctions and I’ve run my own branch of we buy any car) and I have to say I think this place was the best garage I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They weren’t pushy, they did everything we asked, they stayed late after work to accommodate us coming up from London. The cars come with warranty, we had a few issues with the fiat 500 we bought, not once did they try and get out of fixing the car. They allowed us to use our own garage and reimbursed us with out any questions or delay. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they know that good service is important and care about the experience you have with them. To anyone who’s going to travel don’t be put off by its location, very professional setup with trust worthy guys.
